Schedule of Events

Gates open at 8:30. Demonstrations start at 9:00 with Dairy Cow Milking. Demos will continue throughout the day in the arena. Demonstrations that will be going on throughout the day are butchering meat chickens & quail, milking dairy animals, soap making, canning, fermentation, rendering lard, growing microgreens, beekeeping basics, black soldier fly education, making herbal remedies, growing mushrooms, and processing small game.

Guest speakers will be Wayne Hobbs, Raised Bed Gardening @ 10:00. Tiffiny Sanders, The Satisfaction of Raising Everything on Your Plate @11:30. Tim W/ Eat Your Yard Jax @ 1:30. Followed by Nathan aka, Man In Overalls, Cultivating Community Agriculture Ecosystems @ 3:00. At 4:00 you can hear David the Good speak on Grocery Row Gardening in Florida on the main stage in the arena.

The vendor's market will be open all day. Bring your shopping bags and coolers to stock up on fresh produce, pastured meats, honey, natural remedies, microgreens, soaps, non gmo livestock feed, sourdough, painted buffalo skulls, visit the Highland cattle, and so much more! The kids tent will be open all day with free farm art & crafts!

Be sure to visit the food trucks for lunch. You can get Southern eats from Aunt Greg's or wood fired pizza made with farm fresh ingredients from The Feed Mill. The Lemon Shack will also be on site serving up custom lemonades.
